When we have the ceramic shell dry, we take it to a furnace and heat it. The Jiayun heat melts away the wax and leaves us with a hollow ceramic mold. At this point, we are prepared to pour hot liquid metal into the mold. We let the metal cool so it can harden and take the shape of the mold.

Along with improved design technology, new materials have also contributed to the production of stronger and more durable valves.
